Cirena Oligo Entry

You'll need your contact details (name, institution, email, phone, and shipping address), the number of distinct oligo sequences you're ordering, and for each oligo: an ID/label, the sequence itself (using the legend below), the synthesis scale and unit, and any modification notes. If you're using a modification we haven't already discussed, use the wildcard notation below and describe it in the Modifications field.

Pricing depends on sequence length, synthesis scale, purification requirements, and any custom modifications, so we quote each order individually rather than publishing a flat price list. Cirena RNA ships lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability during transit. Store lyophilized product at -20°C (or -80°C for long-term storage) until you're ready to use it. Resuspend in RNase-free water or your preferred RNase-free buffer just before use, and aliquot into single-use volumes to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade RNA integrity. Always work with RNase-free tips, tubes, and reagents, and keep resuspended RNA on ice while in use.

Standard turnaround is typically 12–25 business days from order confirmation, depending on sequence length, scale, and the complexity of any modifications. We'll give you a specific estimate with your quote, and flag it up front if a particular sequence needs extra time.
